new Package pages preview

Hi All,

I've created a new, minimal skeleton of a "Package" page on the wiki, which you can view here:

http://www.funtoo.org/Package:Accelerated_AMD_Video_Drivers

The goal is to have a wiki page for each ebuild that is part of Funtoo. These wiki pages can house official documentation for the package, as well as testing procedures for new ebuilds, and will support a lot of user-centric functionality such as selecting ebuilds that you care about.

This is still a work in progress but I wanted to give you a quick preview.

Looks like what I did by the time I maintained Funtoo-Québec Wiki. (Gave away because it had turned to be a lone wolf affair).
