Dear members of the reform federation,

After review of the US Republican Party manifesto I've prepared an updated SKC agenda, more focused on liberty than previous versions.

Download the Republican Party manifesto: http://www.gop.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/2012GOPPlatform.pdf. This manifesto is a reminder of the shoddy quality of Indian political party manifestos. It constantly reaffirms its commitment to liberty, to the need for a small but strong government. And it is beautifully written and comprehensive. On the pattern of the Republican manifesto, I'm going to include the names of those who have contributed significantly to the SKC agenda at the back of our document.

In this update I've added capital punishment for judges who take bribes (and those who bribe them). Modi bribed 33 High Court judges with prime land at 1/20th the market price (http://www.sabhlokcity.com/2014/04/modi-bribed-gujarat-high-court-judges-with-land-worth-rs-1-lakh-per-sq-m-which-he-have-them-for-rs-5000-per-sq-m/). It was a gift worth crores of rupees. (Justice Akil Qureshi is the ONLY honest judge in the Gujarat High Court). When such bribed judges sit in "judgement" on life and death matters involving government ministers, we know what happens: the innocent are often jailed, the guilty go scot free. India's (orignally liberal democratic) Constitution has been converted into toilet paper. The idea of justice is now a mirage. Pakistan, Zimbabwe, India are in the same league.

I've also restructured the justice and defence sections.

The revised SKC agenda (clean version without tracked changes) is available here: http://sonekichidiya.in/Documents/SKC-totalreformagenda-draft.pdf

A tracked changes version is attached for your info, to view the changes I've made since the last iteration. Please send your comments/tracked changes asap.

NEXT STEPS:
1) I will now start reviewing the Australian Liberal Party's manifesto for any useful inputs.

2) My proposal to convene a 5-day workshop for Indian liberals remains on the table: http://www.sabhlokcity.com/2014/04/preliminary-proposal-for-workshop-ii-indias-liberal-political-strategy-2014-and-beyond/. I will continue promoting liberty in India regardless of whether there is an immediate desire or 'felt need' for such ideas. It is up to India to decide what it wants.

The choice is stark: slavery (of the state - socialism - or of a "religious" delusion - Hindutva) or freedom. I have chosen freedom and integrity in my personal life and cannot accept any form of slavery, at ANY cost. I reject AAP/BJP/Congress totally and comprehensively. And we are voting on Lok Satta as we speak, on the Freedom Team. I would hope that FTI rejects Lok Satta, as well. In my view, its leadership was found wanting in basic principles when the crunch time came. Despite my desire to continue a cordial relationship with JP, I cannot look up to him any more for leading India to freedom. He needs to be guided by those who see a GREATER India than he sees.
