Dear Members of the Nation Building Team,

The Sone Ki Chidiya movement has updated the Agenda for Change based on input at the 4-day National Reform Summit at Haridward in April. I now seek your comments (tracked changes only) as soon as possible - in a week or two.

We are soon going to commence a national policy committee process, in which detailed policies and strategic plans for implementation will be prepared within the next four months. The policies we offer India will need to be at least as good if not better than the prize winning policy of the All India Competition organised by FTI (download from here: http://freedomteam.in/blog/content/ftis-policy-competition-the-results-and-seven-prizes).

A reminder: All this policy and system reform work will take place only at the SKC Federation, which is designed as India's largest aggregator of reform-oriented organisations and individuals. 79 members have joined in the last two weeks, since it was floated. Many large organisations with presence across thousands of villages have also joined. The federation thus links together the "classes" with the "masses", so to say.

I look forward to your DOING things to change India. We have done enough talking. Now it it time to DO. We should come together to offer India the world's best governance. In this regard, please see the slides re: Singapore's system that I came across yesterday: http://sabhlokcity.com/2013/05/singapore-followed-arthashastra-india-abandoned-it-results-are-inevitable/

Regards
Sanjeev
