SpiegelSoft presented Vulpes (an implementation of deep belief and deep learning, written in F# and using Alea.cuBase to connect to your PC's GPU device). VesaKarvonen presented Hopac (a library for F# with the aim of making it easier to write efficient parallel, asynchronous and concurrent programs). This Silicon Valley startup just raised $6Million, and they use F#. Visual F# PowerTools were enriched with Solution wide renaming refactoring. Http.fs 0.9.0.0 is out with character encoding support. Eirik Tsarpalis posted "Poor man's distributed actors". Does anyone want to try plotly from F#? LinqOptimizer 0.6.2 is on nuget with new Parallel LINQ optimizations! Steffen Forkmann published a new FAKE tutorial "Compiling TypeScript applications". Miguel de Icaza ‏looking for a contractor to port c# t-shirt app to F#. MonoGame 3.2 was announced (with 1,600 new commits for fixes, features, & improvements). FsMachines 0.1.0 was released. New canopy site was published (powered by FSharp.ProjectScaffold).
