I don't see anywhere in your reports the version of the OPML Editor you're running. 

There's a new version linked into http://home.opml.org/ that I use on El Capitan all the time (my desktop computer) and Yosemite less often (my laptop) without issue. Works fine.

To find it, scroll down to the "Mavericks" section and follow the instructions.
