how to create task/rate/hours entry for invoice

I'd like to compile and send an invoice with task/rate/hours time entry notes. The API https://www.freshbooks.com/developers/docs/invoices only documents item/unit cost/quantity invoices.

What is the model for an invoice with task/rate/hours?

I'm using the java client https://code.google.com/archive/p/freshbooks-api-java-client/
