Notification of Client Profile Update

I'm surprised FB doesn't have this built in. But we encounter a continual problem, when a customer changes anything in their FB profile, (Email, address, phone, etc). We don't get any notification.  Because we maintain a separate database of our clients, the data is diverging.

Can we hire developer to make this for us?  Or any guidance is appreciated.  (i know a small about of php).
