field type icddrg in icd table needs to be fixed from date to blob or similar

In 0.8.x I am trying to assign group to diagnosis code. It fails
because of the noted problem.

Fixed as of svn rev 6183.

If you need to change it in an existing install, the ALTER TABLE
statement would be:

ALTER TABLE icd CHANGE COLUMN icddrg icddrg TEXT;
