Foxtrot Attaché Search iOS synchronization halts prematurely

So I bit the bullet and bought the iOS app Foxtrot Attaché
Search.

However, synchronizing through Google drive, causes some
problems. With a 1.8GB .ftarchive database the process of
synchronizing halts at around 150MB, with a 180MB database
at around 100MB.

What can I do to get a full sync?

Hello Wolter,

We have seen this issue on and off and do not have enough of a grip on it to fix it yet.

In the meantime, we suggest reverting to the trusted method of moving your indices into Attaché using iTunes.

We will keep you posted in private mail as we make progress.

OK, if I cannot use the cloud, I will use iTunes, or — better still — use iMazing which allows for file transfer through wifi.

I have the same problem. The transfer doesn’t get past 141GB. Repeatedly.

I'm getting exactly the same results, also with a small test account, and also with a fresh reinstall.

I'm running iOS 11.4, with the latest beta build.
