Add item to Google Reader Subscription List

Hi all,

i am using the unofficial Google reader API for my application. i can add items to the subscription list successfully, but problem is with deletion, please point out the correct URL for this.....also i need to identify the last added item to the subscription list. is this possible? hope somebody have the answer.
