Hi everyone,

The International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS)
established by the Government of Kerala in 2010, is bringing out a
quarterly newsletter, which I am editing. Please send me short reports and
photographs of any interesting event in which you are involved. The first
issue, dated January 2017 will be released soon and the next issue will
come out in April itself.

If there were any events in the last three months, please send me a one
paragraph report and a few photographs in the next couple of days.
