TDS applicability on Hotel Booking Agent

Dear All,

Please advice whether TDS is applicable ? 

The provider of service is not a Hotel but is providing a facility to book the hotel services directly from various hotel through its portal.

Dear all,

As such service is not specifically excluded tds u/s 94c may be applicable as service charges under hotel booking is paid as per contract.
