Starting From Zero On Dicom Print

Hello Everyone.

I'm totally new on Dicom Printing.

I Need to create a driver to print dcm and normal image files.

I tryed to find samples and code here, but I'm falling to put it working.

So, I ask if gently someone could give me the baby steps on int.

Also, I'd like to understand the differences that are between Framework 4 and 4.5 (I prossible will have to work with the Framework 4).

Any help on this matter will helpme greatly.
