DicomPixelData frame delete or replace?

to Fellow Oak DICOM

In order to (just) manipulate pixels in an existing frame I'm missing any DicomPixeldata methods/options.

DicomPixelData allows to get access to a frame, but not to update it (e.g. SetFrame(int frameNumber)).

Any workaround?

One workaround is to create a new dicom image from the given one....with new PixelData
