Problem with display of CT RGB perfusion image

Hi,

I have a problem with specific CT RGB perfusion images. FoDicom generates bad thumbnail and accordingly, bad pixel data. Since image has patient data burned in it I'm not able to send it here but here is header data and screenshot. I have tried image with ClearCanvas and it works as should.
