How can I get the pixelvalues under an eliptical ROI

HI,
I am trying to get the pixel values under an eliptical ROI .I have  the pixelvalues of the image and an array of points of the ROI.How can I take only the pixel values under the ROI ?

Hi Yiannis,

no built-in support for this functionality in fo-dicom, but there are various implementations available for what you want to achieve. One approach could be to use a slightly modified version of the FillPolygon implementation from WriteableBitmapEx, here.
