Limiting registration by domain.com

Is it possible to limit the registration to a single domain, so no outside email can be used to register?

Mmh, you mean only allow user emails like *@example.com ?

No, not built in yet. Quickest probably adding that rule into includes/modify.inc.php at the different user register form handling cases.

Could you please explain that requirement a bit more? Why it is required? Should it be expandable to a flexible domain white list?

Or should there be a domain blacklist instead or in addition?
