Restrict Attatchment File Types

Hi Everyone,

I was able to successfully get attachments working with my new Flyspray installation with v0.9.9.7.

I was wondering if it was possible to restrict certain file types from being attached, e.g. exe, xlsm, vbs etc.

If not maybe this would maybe be a good feature to add in the future :)
