Help With Setup Please - Need Version With Time Tracking

I have been using v0.9.9.7 downloaded from flyspray.org - really like it, clean, professional and found the setup very easy indeed .... Would really the version with new time tracking features but after trying and failing to install version from Guthub I've given up ....Error message as follows on setup:
Warning: ini_set(): A session is active. You cannot change the session module's ini settings at this time in /home/user/public_html/project/includes/fix.inc.php on line 26 Fatal error: Class 'Flyspray' not found in /home/user/public_html/project/setup/index.php on line 47
A little help would be appreciated .....
