Cant find /usr/sbin/td-agent-gem on my macOS to install plugins

I am trying to install such plugins for td-agent:

fluent-plugin-parser

fluent-plugin-record-modifier

fluent-plugin-elasticsearch

So as per this manual https://docs.fluentd.org/v0.12/articles/plugin-management#if-using-td-agent,-use-/etc/td-agent/plugin

I have to use the next command:

/usr/sbin/td-agent-gem install fluent-plugin-parser

but there is no such command  

And I also tried different ways: 

where can I find td-agent plugin installer?

Because Mac's rootless doesn't allow any non-apple applications use /usr/sbin.

You can use /opt/td-agent/embedded/bin/fluent-gem instead.
