There are systems which send outbound alerts via E-mail (e.g. cron output, mdadm output) but otherwise have no reason for sending mail.  I would like to get any mails they generate into fluentd.

Is there an existing input plugin which does this? Either:

1. an SMTP listener which turns all received mails into fluentd logs.
or
2. a script that you can configure an existing MTA to pipe each message into

Then I can configure ssmtp on the source host to relay via this machine.

Thanks,

Brian.
