Should I use FluentD or td-agent

Fluentd is an open source software which follows Apache License 2.0. however, we can find two different versions: Fluentd and td-agent.  Which one does follow the Apache License 2.0?  How can I choose from Fluentd and td-agent in commercial soulution?

Thanks for your responding.  I have tried fluentd and td-agent seperatly and found td-agent is more easier to use. If I recommend my customers to use td-agent, is it free?  or how can i distribute td-agent to my customer?

I just found that td-agent is not labeled Apache License 2.0 from the github https://github.com/treasure-data/omnibus-td-agent. 

Does that mean td-agent is not a free version to use?  Is it ?

Ah, I forgot to add license section to README.

td-agent is released under the Apache2 license.

Old repsitory mentioned a license: https://github.com/treasure-data/td-agent

I will add license to new repository README.
