Fluency (Yet Another Java Logger) 1.2.0 has been released

Hi Fluentd and Java engineers,

I released Fluency (Yet Another Java Logger) 1.2.0.

This version supports EventTime (nano seconds timestamp) and buffer pool on JVM heap.

BTW, I've not announced previous updates, so it might be good to check recent updates on https://github.com/komamitsu/fluency/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md.

Any feedback on https://github.com/komamitsu/fluency/issues is welcome :)
