Hover tool and Fire Fox 44.0.2 - latest update of firefox

I have just updated my firefox and I noticed now that the hover tool is no longer functioning like it used to. When you place your mouse pointer over a point on the graph you no longer get the highlighted circle(shadow).
Anyone else experience this or have a fix?

I rolled back firefox a few times and noticed that the firefox update from 43 to 44 is when I lose the functionality of the hover tool. (tooltip)
So versions withini 43 are OK and anything past 44 is NO good.

Seems to work fine for me on Firefox 44.0.2.
Using the interactivity example I see the highlight circle around the points as well as the tooltips.
