streaming 10 millions of records for every 5 minutes

to Flot graphs

We have 10 million records of data stored in a Comma Separated CSV file and files like these are generated every 5 minutes.

We need to visualize this in a chart or graph or histogram.

Could you please tell me if this can be possible with this tool, Flot ?
