Load rows only loading the data for the variable in the first column when running batch

Am I nuts ? I cant seem to get this to work and maybe I am just doing something silly or maybe it is the new sheets API

 This is a sample of my sheet ( there are  more columns but this is the gist of what I am trying to do:

1. I was to run a batch to load one row 

2. I want the columns to all load into the template that I created. So I use generate from Word from ( name of my template ) 

3. I use the side bar to enter the variables into the template

4. I choose upload file to folder in my drive

5. I open the ultra doc and run batch to test the first three and it will create 3 docs and upload them where I tell them, however the only column that populates is the first one. The rest dont pull in at all
