Hi,

I've got a problem on my form which is leaving me in a pickle!

15:04:27Triggered by Google Form XXXX Cake Form V2, ignore entered test data
15:04:27The counter invoiceNumber has been increased
15:04:29The execution failed! null

(XXXX is where the name of my Business goes)

The block is it failing on should be:
'Generate PDF Document from template Thee Page Collection'

Whereby 'Three Page Collection' is the name of the google drive template.

Since I detected the error I have renamed the document, refresh it on Ultradocs side, I have clicked the 'Click to load and analyise' and also reselected the same file, and changed the file name, then selected the renamed file.

If I click the 'Generate and download file' button, it does just that with no errors, and shows:

15:08:47Loaded 0 default values not provided by Google Form Dunn's Cake Form V2
15:08:48The counter invoiceNumber has been increased
15:08:52A new document has been generated from template Three Page Collection

I'm not sure what to try next if I'm honest, but am desperate to resolve this issue, any help would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Daniel Florey

Can you please try again and check if you can reproduce the issue?

Okay, I rebuilt the blocks... and it all works!

I would however request that this error is looked into, for all of our sakes, to avoid it occurring again.

Thanks!

Yes, looks like an issue on our end that has been fixed today.

Thanks for the report!

I've encountered the same problem:

I've tried and tried for 2 days, all different ways to get one successful merge from Forms to my Template and I'm at a loss.
I've spent hours looking for a solution, resetting the trigger by Google Forms, starting a new Ultradox, deleting all form responses, resetting the response destination, renaming docs, forms, sheets & Ultradox, resetting templet markers, load 1 row and submitting from sheets and even subscribing so I can keep trying...

Sometimes the Form variables will merge with the templet, sometimes the sheet prefix variables will merge and sometimes both will merge but not consistently.

Can you please let me know if this is a bug or my fault as I've got no idea...

Can you share the involved files with me so that I can try reproduce the issue on my end?

Thanks!
Daniel
