Documents from templates are coming up blank!

One of our clients just emailed me to let me know that the documents produced by Ultradox are coming up completely blank. I looked into it, and when I preview or try to produce a document from any of my Ultradox templates, the document comes up completely blank. Any idea what might be going on?

There has been a problem at Google's end, but it should hopefully be resolved.

I activated an emergency workaround:
All document will now be exported as Word instead of OpenDocument when generating PDF documents from Google Docs.
This may screw up the layout, but at least it will produce something instead of blank pages :-(
