ParseError code in flow?

I have a flow from a google for to a google doc that I have had running since late 2015, I've never had a problem with it until now. It is giving me an error code and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to correct it.

No where in my form or template do I have the term office text and I am not sure where this is coming from. No idea why the error is just popping up now. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

The problem was caused by an ${end} tag within a list - while the corresponding ${if...} was outside the list.

This leads to an invalid document structure.

I've moved the ${end} after the list to fix it.

Ok, but why hasn't it ever caused an issue before? and where was the issue located in the form or the template?

It is still not producing a document at the end of the flow. What else can I do?
