Google Cloud Print Color Option Does Not Save

When I try to set the Print document setting named Color under Google Cloud Print, the setting does not save. Therefore, everything prints in color, which is not ideal. How do I force to print only in monochrome? Here's a video showing the issue: https://goo.gl/kekpXP
