how do i get my link to work again?

I created an email in ultradocs which links to a google form (that has prefilled information in the sections from a Sheet i created). for whatever reason, my link is not clickable when the email is generated.

it did work earlier today...but no longer. I was messing around a bit trying to add some more details into the email, but i didn't touch any of the text around the link to the form...
