[URGENT] Mail Merge campaign: form submission does not trigger ultradox

Hi Daniel,

I'm experiencing recurring issues for the past 2 weeks related to mail merge campaign.

After the data was submitted via Google Forms, the ultradox didn't run and the counter did not move on.

The problem comes on and off. Some records activated the ultradox and some didn't.

Could you help explain what would possibly be the reason?

Hi Claire,

there has been a Google Drive issue in the last weeks at Google's end. Can you please let me know if this happens again so that I can get in touch with Google?
