Trial Expired

When I log into our Admin  account it says Medium Enterprises but all other users see Trial Expired and thus nothing works!

What could be wrong and how can I fix this?

Are you sure the users are logging in to the correct URL and not to the public edition?

Can you send me a screenshot of the app with the expired message?
