Subject: New Case Comment: [#05378992] Permission Tokens Expiring for Forms
Add in Ultradox
Hello,

Case #05378992 - Permission Tokens Expiring for Forms Add in Ultradox:
---
Hello Bill,
Thank you for your message. I'd like to follow-up on behalf of my colleague
who's out of the office currently.
What Alex was suggesting with the AOauth Playground is a way to test if the
issue is reproducible. This will really only tell us if the issue is on our
end or with the third party application so we can suggest further
troubleshooting steps.
This is definitely something the Developer needs to do and let us know if
the issue is reproducible. The Developer should also review the following
article
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13253955/invalid-grant-when-calling-java-google-drive-api-with-service-account
If the issue is not reproducible in the OAuth Playground, and it's not an
issue with the synchronization of the machine's internal clock, then it is
definitely an implementation issue. Still if it's only happening for a few
users we expect that the issue is somewhere in the user's set-up/machine
settings.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or queries. I will be
happy to help.
Sincerely,
Veselin
