Can we attach spreadsheets to a template so external person can upload and open?

Hi there

We have a template that we send to our clients but in some cases we need to attach a spreadsheet, currently we are sending this to ourselves and then attaching it but is there a way to do it prior to sending to ourselves so we send at time of template completion?

Yes, you can use the "Download" block and pick the Spreadsheet you want to attach.

You can add an "if" condition to only download it for certain clients.

Then make sure to click on refresh in the mail block and open the "Mail" dialog to check the spreadsheet.
