I would like to get Ultradox to create a google doc from a google doc template. I will then suspend the ultradox and the user can review the newly created google doc and possibly modify it. If it is approved, then the edited google doc should get converted into a pdf and sent via email. My problem is that I cannot get Ultradox to convert a google doc to a pdf document where the google doc is specified using a variable. When I choose the Google Docs to PDF module, then I get this dialog: http://screencast.com/t/cR90oSaHCy but no option to specify a variable.

I solved this by setting the ${fileId} variable before the Google Doc to PDF module. That worked but does not seem to be documented anywhere.

You can addd a Google Docs to PDF block and click on cancel when prompted to select or create a Google Doc.
