How do I get Ultradox to print a confirmation after form submitted?

So the scenario is that a customer fills out a google form at a workstation and when the form is submitted, a printer on google cloud prints an acknowledgement for the customer. 

When I run Ultradox, it prints a blank sheet of paper, but when I fill out the form and submit it nothing happens. I am new to this so I am probably missing a step.

Here's what I have so far:

Please add the Google Form as first building block.

Then open the ultradox trigger add-on in the form to activate the trigger.

That's probably the step I am missing but I'm not sure how to do that. I used the wizard that popped up when I activated the add on. When I fill out the form I get an email and it sends a document to my Google drive but I don't get a document on my printer.
