Error on linking new form: 500 The call failed on server, see server log for details

Hello all,

This is my first time using Ultradox so please bear with me. I created a new Google form and I'm trying to link it with Ulradox. The form is quite big with 447 variables. I have also renamed all variables to have no spaces or punctuation marks to see if that was the problem.

Can anyone please recommend what I should do in this case? Is there some other way to link my form?
