How to add photo from html in a cell

I'm creating a Speakers Bio PDF to send to attendees

First Name Last Name

Title, Company

Bio

Then I want to add the photo they uploaded. I used JotForm to collect the info and the image they uploaded. everything goes into a row and the cell is a link to the image which I have stored in the backend of JotForm. 

How can I program it to pull each url and place the image? And can I set it to like 50x50 px?
