(TypeError) : Cannot read property 'b' of undefined

Hello. I'm trying to upload a form to a folder. When choosing the folder (Google Drive), I"m receiving the following error: (TypeError) : Cannot read property 'b' of undefined. I cannot get around it. Any ideas?
