Greetings,

I have not found a way to search or filter the FLEx database for entries that have attached messages or comments in the Messages field.  FLEx does not give me the option to display the Messages field in a column in the Entries table.  Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks for any help.

Stuart

Under the Send/Receive menu there are options to "View Project Messages ..." and "View Lexicon Messages ..."; is that what you are looking for? Clicking one of these (which one to use depends on which S/R function you use) brings up a report window that lists entries that have messages associated with them. Clicking on a line in the left-hand pane shows the details of the message for that entry, then if you want to see more about the entry than just the message, click on the heading in the right-hand pane to jump there in the lexicon.
Hope this helps,
Bruce

Thanks. That helps.  It would be nice, though, to be able to sort the lexicon by those with messages and those without, or by type of message (note, conflict, merge, etc), and cross sort by date, or by other means of sorting the lexicon.
