Option for "Secure" Internet Send/Receive?

Is there an option for "Secure" Internet Send/Receive in FLEx, specifically for those in sensitive areas?  In the "Settings" for Internet Send/Receive, I see LanguageDepot.org [private], but don't know how to use it.  Are there instructions to use this?

I'd also like to know if there is a way to hide users, that is: to make them not-visible on LanguageDepot.
