Possible to add a custom field in Texts and Words view?

Is it possible to add a custom field in the Texts and Words view, like in the section circled in red below?

Not not possible to add a custom field in this section. There were many times I have wanted to add a custom field here. What we did recently was link a text to a Notebook entry and then add the custom field to the Notebook.
