I have the following entry:
dini [ˈⁿ
di.ni]
dem these; plural of
deni; Counterpart:
deni 1 {POc *a-di 'that, there' | PAn *i-ni 'this'} [
short form di]
short form diThe two instances of 'short form' at the end seem redundant. I see in Configure Dictionary that the two 'short form' variants are the result of having both of these selected:
Main Entry > [References Section] > Variant Forms (Inflectional-Variants)
Main Entry > [References Section] > Variant Forms
I don't understand the difference between the two and the implications of un-selecting one or the other. Could someone give some guidance? Thanks,
Paul
