What tool flatbuffers uses to generate c++ code documentation?

Hi,

What tool flatbuffers uses to generate C++ code documentation. For example the page generated here:

https://google.github.io/flatbuffers/classflatbuffers_1_1_flat_buffer_builder.html

I Would like to use this tool if it is publicly available.
