ORM like encoding/decoding for C++

Hi,

A week ago I opened an issue on this matter here https://github.com/google/flatbuffers/issues/3901 .

Basically the idea is to generate C++ Objects that can be easily changed and at the end serialized back to a buffer. As I pointed in the bug report, mutate is not enough and there are cases when reflections are be slower than creating a full tree of objects and serialize it once at the end.

Anyone interested in this topic is welcome to add suggestions.
