Style Guide

Where is the style guide for this project?  I'm working on more PRs and I would need a style guide for both Java and C++ please.

For C++ it is http://google-styleguide.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/cppguide.html

For Java we have https://google-styleguide.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/javaguide.html

I'm sure we're breaking the latter, in places. So the overruling guideline is always to follow the surrounding code.
