Hi,

As part of the work on Flapjack v2, I've been trying to clear up the presence of
the PagerDuty credentials within a contact's media settings; it's something that
conceptually is probably better suited to being in the configuration block for the
PagerDuty gateway itself. We're planning to rework the media gateways after 2.0 comes out, in order to make
it easier for people to plug in externally written ones, and also to easily run
more than one instance of a single gateway at a time, but when the above change
is made it will limit Flapjack v2.0 to only being able to use one set of credentials
to access PagerDuty (per running instance of Flapjack + data). Is anyone actually using the ability to have multiple sets of PagerDuty
credentials (at most one per contact) at the moment? If so I'll try to implement
some sort of workaround for equivalent functionality, hopefully by shifting
forward some of the work required for the post-2.0 features, but it would be
simpler not to have to for now. Related issue: https://github.com/flapjack/flapjack/issues/732

It turns out there's more than one site that are planning on using this functionality soon, so I've created https://github.com/flapjack/flapjack/issues/774 for us to address this for 2.0.
