flambe build flash ---- default settings?

from the command line when 'flambe build flash --debug' is entered the swf is created at 640x480 at 60fps and #000000:

--flash-strict -swf-header 640:480:60:000000

How can the size, framerate, and color of the swf be changed?  Is there a default setting in flambe?

As Paul wrote in the other thread, this has no effect on the build process.
I also just tested it.
I know that it works with the "flambe-flash_embedded_assets"-branch though, but it seems to be ignored in the normal flambe 4.1 version.
