Flambe - iOS - AIR SDK

I am new to haxe flambe, but from what I read/know is that I installed the haxe air3

Adobe is now @ AIR 18

And in order to actually submit an IPA to the appstore it has to be built with AIR 17+ (AIR 16 is full of bugs).

So am i missing anything or is haxe stuck @ air3?
